Weekend Eye Candy

This weekend’s eye candy is brought to you by designer Kelley Proxmire. Last summer at the NY Gift Show I met Ms Proxmire, who is just as lovely in person as she is in books and magazines. Alas, I acted like a six year old boy meeting his favorite baseball player for the first time. I rambled on and on about how much I love her work and basically have images of every room she has ever done saved on my computer… I know, total stalker right!? C’est la vie, her work is fabulous.

I am a wife, Mom, and an Interior Designer. I love my job, and I love the fact that I get to work with one of my best friends. My Mom and I are partners in our Washington DC based design firm, Wilson Boland Design. In January 2010, we opened an Interior Design Studio in downtown Bethesda, which has evolved just as much as our business!

I started Haute Indoor Couture in the spring of 2011 to share portfolio pictures, inspiring ideas, and fellow designers with our clients and friends.
