A Grand Parisian Hotel Inspired Bathroom

April 18, 2011 by Elizabeth Boland

In House Beautiful’s March 2011 issue, this bathroom had my attention immediately. Who needs his and her bath robes when you have a custom inlaid tile monogram “rug” at each sink? What can I say I am a sucker for a beautiful bathroom. What was designer slash owner Betty Lou Phillips’s inspiration for the room? Napkins rings!

Je l’aime!

About Elizabeth Boland

I am a wife, Mom, and an Interior Designer. I love my job, and I love the fact that I get to work with one of my best friends. My Mom and I are partners in our Washington DC based design firm, Wilson Boland Design. In January 2010, we opened an Interior Design Studio in downtown Bethesda, which has evolved just as much as our business!

I started Haute Indoor Couture in the spring of 2011 to share portfolio pictures, inspiring ideas, and fellow designers with our clients and friends. I live for Interior Design and I love sharing my passion and enthusiasm with my readers. Most of the content you will find here is interior design, architecture, fashion, or canine related. Ready for your next project? Let's work together!
